Seaside Heights Police Chief Thomas Boyd said Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was arrested on the beach at around 3:30 p.m. today and was charged with disorderly conduct.
Police responded after complaints that Snooki was drinking Patron and getting obnoxious.
“J-WOWW was spotted trying to talk Snooki into going back into the house,” a friend revealed. “But Snooki was out of control and seemed drunk.”

After just a few hours behind bars for drunken and disorderly conduct, Jersey Shore star Snooki was released from jail without having to spend the night to sober up.
